Shangri-la Surabaya

Top class hotel. The staff is great, attentive, polite and very nice and professional. The facilities are amazing, the pool is good, the gym has everything you need, the spa service is also amazing! The food options are also very good, I tried the Japanese restaurant and it was amazing! The room size is also spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, it is clean and tidy. I loved my stay at the Shangri La and hope I can comw back soon!!!

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room. We booked a Horizon room, with gave us access to the comfortable lounge on the 12th floor. The hotel has a very spacious lobby that was a pleasure to spend time in and receive our visitors. The swimming pool, in the garden behind the hotel, is larger than most hotel pools.

Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable and the ambience was very nice overall in the hotel

Pool area was great and the rooms comfortable - the lobby was huge!

The best Shangri-la design. True Shangri-la smell. Wonderful staff. Very nice pool area and restaurants. The best price for Shangri-la.
